September 4th to 11th. Heading Home. Fingal Head, Emerald Beach, Old Bar, Umina Beach, Yass, Lake Hume, Ocean Grove

Fingal Head - We had a great weekend camping with Naomi and Lee. The weather was great, the beach beautiful, the dolphins and whales (and sharks) came out, and we loved spending time with Naomi and Lee.

After we left Fingal Head, we headed home. Around 2000k’s and one night at each spot. Each day we travelled in the morning, set up the van at our destination and headed out for a walk.

Emerald Beach – another beautiful beach, with our last whale sightings of the trip.

Old Bar – Interesting letterbox and another beach to visit

Umina Beach – no photos from this night, but it was our last night on the coast for the trip

Yass – Emergency roadside sausage roll after getting through the crazy Sydney traffic, a super cold night and Melbourne is on the signs

Lake Hume – the power of the water at the dam is mesmerising.

Ocean Grove – we are so thankful for such a great trip, but it is always nice to come home again
