July 18 - 20 Airlie Beach

Airlie Beach was just beautiful to see – the colour of the water was just amazing. For the first time on our trip we have been hearing people with different accents and speaking different languages. It feels like some tourists have been making it to Australia.

We visited Cedar Creek Falls and then went hunting for a coffee. We ended up in a 50’s diner in a caravan park at Conway Beach. Sure was a surprise.

Last night we spent a couple of hours on a Tall Ship enjoying the sunrise. It was a beautiful end to our time in Airlie Beach and a fitting way to celebrate the end of our first month on the road.
