July 19th to - 23rd Hervey Bay, Tannum Sands and Yeppoon
We have been moving pretty quickly trying to get beyond some bad weather.
Hervey Bay – Our overriding memory of the two nights in Hervey Bay was the wind. It just did not stop. We still ventured out for a bit, found a coffee near the beach, a pinball parlour and walked the one-kilometre pier. We were happy to move on.Tannum Sands – We enjoyed walking along the beach at Tannum Sands. It is a little holiday place, so a good place just to relax. It was lovely to be in shorts and T-shirt.
Yeppoon – We loved our night at Yeppoon. Camping right alongside the beach was perfect. The sunrise was spectacular.
